Outgoing Junior Mayor Olivia Gilbert recognized the Most Civically Engaged members, graduating seniors, and incoming MJCC officers. Additionally, Mayor Rusty Nix recognized Ms. Gilbert for her outstanding service to the community during her tenure as Junior Mayor.
