Silver Sneakers/Renew Active Exercise Classes

Class is open at no charge for Silver Sneakers, Active Renew and Rec Center members.
This class is designed to increase muscle strength, range of motion and improve activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. The class can be modified depending on the fitness level of participant.
We encourage participants to bring their own weights.
