Job interviews require focus, determination, and preparation. Whether on the phone, online, or in person, there is a right way and a wrong way to make an impression. Whether you can do the job or not, if you cannot communicate your abilities in a job interview, you could get passed over. The interview preparation class by the Alabama Department of Labor- Alabaster Career Center will give attendees the tools to prepare for a job interview and make the case. We will look to the preparation for an interview, the types of questions asked-and what is behind them. We will give hints at how to truthfully answer interview questions; what to include, what not to include, and how to frame the answers with integrity to put you in the best position to get the job you want.
