The first annual Festival of Trees lighting ceremony will be held on Dec. 2, 2022, in conjunction with the third annual Tower lighting at City Hall. The events will occur from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The Festival of Trees will be available for viewing from Dec. 2, 2022 thru Jan. 2, 2023 from dusk until dawn each night .
